Prayer times don't match my mosque

Different mosques use different calculation methods. Go to Settings > Calculation Method and try switching between ISNA, Muslim World League, Egyptian, Umm Al-Qura, or Karachi.

Not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled in both the app Settings and iOS Settings > Notifications > Nūr. Also make sure Do Not Disturb is off.

Qibla direction seems wrong

Move away from metal objects, calibrate your device by moving it in a figure-8 pattern, and ensure location services are enabled.

Premium purchase not working

Close and reopen the app, make sure you're connected to the internet, and restart your device. If issues persist, contact us with your Apple ID transaction details.

How do I restore my purchase?

Premium purchases are linked to your Apple ID. Download the app on your new device with the same Apple ID and your premium status will restore automatically.
